Terms of Service

The service

Relay helps clinical ward teams plan shifts, hand over between shifts and track shift tasks. Access is by invitation from a team coordinator.

Not a medical record or medical advice

Relay is a coordination tool. It is not a medical record, does not provide medical advice and must not be relied on for clinical decisions. Clinical responsibility stays with the treating team and your institution’s official systems.

Your account

• Sign in only with your own Google account and keep it secure.
• You are responsible for what you do in Relay with your account.
• Tell your coordinator or us right away if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

• Do not enter information that identifies a patient.
• Do not try to access data or features your role does not allow, or interfere with the service.
• Use Relay in line with your institution’s policies and the law.

Connected services

Google sign-in, Google Calendar and connected AI assistants are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Relay available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Relay and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information in the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
