In short
- Every shift has a checklist. Tap a task to tick it done, and tap again to untick it.
- Tasks still open when the shift ends move to the next shift. They come first in the next list, each with a line saying where it came from.
- Labels show what’s late or due today, who a task is for, and what’s urgent. At first you see just your tasks; Show all under them shows the rest.
Tick a task
- Open your shift: on Home, or tap it on the Shifts page.
- Tap a task to tick it. A message confirms it, for example Done: “Restock the procedure room”.
- Ticked by mistake? Tap Undo in the message, or tap the task again to reopen it.
- When you open a shift, done tasks are folded away under the open ones. A task you tick stays where it is, so nothing jumps under your finger. Show done brings the done tasks back, and Hide done folds them away again.
- Each ticked task shows who ticked it and when.
- You can tick tasks on shifts you’re on. Doctors and general managers can tick on any shift.
- Once a shift has ended, its checklist is read-only: This shift has ended. The checklist is now read-only.
How the list is ordered
- At first you see only the tasks for you. at the end of the list shows every task on the shift. More on this .
