I never got an invitation email.	Relay doesn’t send one. The person who invited you sends you the sign-in link themselves, for example on WhatsApp. See Before your first sign-in.
It says Invite needed.	You probably picked another Google account. Tap Back to sign in and choose the invited one. See If sign-in doesn’t work.
How do I change my language?	Settings → Language, or English · עברית on the sign-in page. Notifications follow your choice. See Switch language.
Is there an app to download?	No. Add Relay to your home screen and it opens like an app. See Install Relay on your phone.

Shifts and check-ins

Question	Answer
I don’t see a Join button.	The shift is full, already over, or you’re on it. Join is for students. General managers are put on shifts with the people picker. See Find a free place.
I can’t release my shift.	Once a shift has started, you can’t release it yourself. Ask a doctor or general manager to swap you. See After the shift has started.
My check-in says waiting for approval.	You checked in more than 15 minutes early, so a doctor or general manager approves the extra time. Nothing for you to do. See What the status line means.
I forgot to check out.	You can still check out for 6 hours after the shift ends. After that, tell a doctor or general manager. See Check out.
I didn’t get a shift reminder.	Check your email switches and quiet hours in Settings → Notifications. The inbox always gets it. If nobody got one, a doctor can check System health. See Notifications.

I can’t add a task.	Students don’t add tasks: doctors and general managers do. See Adding tasks.
Some tasks are missing from my list.	You see only the tasks for you at first. Tap Show all at the end of the list. See Only my tasks.
What is “C-7F3A” at the start of a task?	A case code: the task comes from a procedure, and the code stands in for the patient. See Labels on a task.
Relay says That looks like patient information, which Relay can’t store.	Take out the number, date, name or medical word, and use a case code. See If Relay refuses your text.

Question	Answer
The calendar didn’t pick up my appointment.	Check that the appointment is from today on, that the tag in square brackets matches a protocol exactly, and that it’s on the watched calendar. See Troubleshooting.
I don’t see Events in the menu.	Events are for doctors and general managers. Students see event tasks on their checklist. See Roles.
I can’t see Connected apps in Settings.	Connecting Claude isn’t switched on for you. Ask whoever runs Relay for your clinic. See Who can connect.
